Casa Tali, which is powered entirely by sustainable energy, was completely modernised in 2024. The small house impresses with above-average comfort. It is located in the very quiet Barrio Tacande de abajo, south of El Paso at 690 metres above sea level. It stands free on a 7,000m² plot in a great garden with palm trees, yucca and dragos but also various fruit trees such as avocado, lemons, oranges, apples, plums, persimmons, macadamia, olives and also offers views to the sea.
Casa Tali is the perfect oasis for anyone looking for peace and quiet in a central location.
The usable area without the garden is divided into:

A car park directly in front of the house is of course included in this finca. The spacious outdoor area, partly covered, invites you to be outside. If you want to chill out outside in comfort, you can install the hammock.
The finca is supplied with high-quality spring water from the mountains (springs in the Riachuelo area).

The system installed at Casa Tali has a capacity of 2.95 kWp, while the second, located 500 metres away at the main house, supplies 8.4 kWp of solar energy, which is stored in a so-called solar cloud. If there is insufficient solar energy available, such as at night, the solar cloud automatically compensates via the grid.
Casa Tali has a rental licence from the Canary Islands government with the number VV-38-5-0002255
